Tender documents
are obtainable from the commercial division of the factory during
office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One
Hundred) starting from the date of this notice. All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of 1% Bid bond before or on the
closing date in the form of a Bank Counter Guarantee from Commercial
Bank of Ethiopia or a c\Certified Payment Order (CPO Cheque) or cash
at the bidder option. Bidders should submit their offers in wax
sealed and technical specification in a separate envelopes to the
factory before or on August 15, 2006, 4:00 A.M.
