The
Water WORKS CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE invites sealed bids from
eligible consulting engineers and architects (CEA) of category-1 to
provide consulting services for detailed engineering design and
tender document service Center Buildings to be constructed around
Gurd-Shola and Kaliti compound respectively.
1. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Procurement Service of WWCE Head
Quarter located in Gurd Shola during normal working hours.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders, upon presentation of copies of renewed trade license, VAT &
tax payer’s registration certificate, Registration Certificate from
Ministry of Infrastructure.
3. Collect
documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 including
VAT.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of C.P.O. or certified check only.
5. Bids
must be delivered in person to WWCE in wax-sealed envelope with a
statement “Not TO BE OPENED BEFORE July 28th 2006” marked
on the envelope.
6. Bids
will be closed on July 27th 2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time
and will be opened at 9:30 A.M. local time on 26th
July 2006, in the Conference Hall of WWCE.
7. The
WWCE reserves the right to accept or reject partial or all bids.
