Tigray Region Water Resource, Mines & Energy Bureau is
interested to buy the following items listed below using the source
of revolving fund budget and from the budget of food security.

The bureau invites legal & eligible bidders for the supply of
Set A From revolving fund
Lot 1-Generator with all accessories
Lot 2-Submersible pumps
Lot 3-Switch board for electrical
submersible pumps
Deep meter and electrical
spare for witch boards
Lot 4-Spare parts for
Lister TS2 engine model.
Spare part for
VM 4105 Generator
Spare part for VM 3105 Generator
Lot 5- Tools for work shop
Set B-From Good security budget
Lot 1 Generators
Lot 2 Submersible pumps
Buster (surface pumps
Vertical Buster pumps
Electrical motor portion for
submersible pumps.
3. Bidders
shall present VAT registration certificate and renewed business
license valid for the year 2006 as well as suppliers list
certificate.
4. A
complete set of bidding document my be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One
Hundred Birr). Additional set of bid document may be purchased at
the price indicated above.
5. Bidders
are required to submit the bid documents for set A and set B in
separate envelope and must be accompanied by a bid security in the
form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee.
For set A
Lot-1-Birr =5000 (Five Thousand

6. Bids
will be closed and opened on August 14, 2006 at 3:00 P.M. and 4:00
P.M. respectively at the bureau office number -5
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their represeatnvies
who choose to attend at the specified date and time.
8. The
bureau reserves the right to reject any or all the bids. Bidders may
