The Ethiopian Electric
Power Corporation (EEPCo) has allocated a budget in various
currencies towards the cost of Customers Contribution and
Distribution Extension & Maintenance Programs.
2.
The Program consists
of distribution extension and maintenance works in various parts of
the country.
3.
The Ethiopian Electric
Power Corporation (EEPCo) now invites sealed bids from all
internationally competitive bidders of the world to participate in
the supply of Chemical for wood preservation.

4.
Bidders should submit
complete offer for all sub-items under the main item.
5. All
local agents shall have a valid business license.
6. Bidder
shall have prior considerable experience in manufacture and supply
of similar type of goods as required by the specific tender.
7. The
bid documents shall be available from July 3, 2006 onwards against
payment receipt of Birr 500 (Five Hundred) for each Lot from the
Procurement Division. All bids must be accompanied by bid security
as per the bid requirement, and must be delivered to the address
below at or before 4:00 P.M. local time (Addis Ababa) on August 17,
2006.
8. Bids
will be opened on August 18, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the
presence of Bidders/represeatnvies who choose to attend the bid
opening to be held at Mexico Square, EEPCo club, Addis Ababa.
9. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.
10. Bidders
are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document
very carefully.
