Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) Eastern Regional Office (Dire
Dawa) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement
of Electrical Materials.
1. Interested
& qualified bidders may obtain the bidding document from ETC Eastern
Regional Internal Support Office Room No. 210 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) starting from July 8,
2006.
2. Bidders
should bring Original & one Copy of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid Security of Birr 1% of their
bid price.
4. The
Bid bond must be in the form of either of the following:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO)
issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a
recognized Bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid in the form of cash are required to deposit
to our Finance Office before Bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6. Bidders
should submit offers in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box
provided at Eastern Regional Office Room No. 201 on or before July
23, 2006 till 5:30 P.M. Bids will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives on July 24, 2006 at
Eastern Regional Office Room No. 210 at 09:30 A.M.
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or apart of the bids.
8.
Partial bid is
allowed.
