To: All contractors of Category GC/BC class I with valid license for
this year.
The Textile & Apparel Industry Institute Project has funds within
the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Textile &
Apparel industry institute building Lot II.
1. The
Textile & Apparel Industry Institute Project invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for GC/BC class I.
2. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open international
tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to
all eligible bidders.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below 6 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M. local time.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Hamle
12/1998 by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written
Application, VAT Registration Certificate, Ministry of
Infrastructure Registration Certificate & Trade & Industry
Development License & Supporting letter at the address below at 6
(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,960 Birr.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before 12:00
A.M. hrs Hamle 27, 1998. All bids must b e accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/represeatnvies who
choose to attend at the address below at 6(d) at 14:30 P.M. hrs
Hamle 27, 1998.
