contractors of category on DEEP BOREHOLE DRILLING and with
valid trade and work license for the year, 2006.
1. AMREF
ETHIOPIA is a
non-governmental organization invites wax-sealed bids for eligible
bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, materials and equipment
costs for the conduct of drilling and completion of water supply
boreholes in Sabure Kebele, Awash Fentale Woreda in Afar Regional
State.
2. The
bid document may be obtained by interested eligible bidders from
AMREF ETHIOPIA head office by payment of non-refundable Birr 50
(Fifty) for each lot.
3. Interested
bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
document at AMREF ETHIOPIA Bureau by calling Tel. No. 011 662 78 51.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security bond in acceptable form
of 1% of the bid amount and delivered to the above office in a
separate envelope on or before July 31, 2006.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
represeatnvies who choose to attend on August 2, 2006 and t 3:00
P.M. in AMREF ETHIOPIA head office Addis Ababa.
5. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
