CONDITIONS
1.
Bid must be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes
2.
Bids must be accompanied with 2% bid bond of the bid amount
in the form of CPO
3.
All sales are final and transfer fees if applicable will be
purchaser responsibility
4.
Goods are sold on a “AS IS” “WHERE IS” BASIS
5. Bidding
documents with specific details can be purchased upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred)
6.
Latest date for submission is on the August 1st
2006
7. Bid
opening date will be on August 7th 2006, 10:00 A.M. in
the office of SOCOMAR Pvt. Ltd. Co. (around Mexico Square near
Ministry of Mines)
8. Winner
of the bid totally or partially will be notified by liquidator in
written and winner will have to settle amount offered within 15 days
from notification and arrange same day collection of purchased item.
9. Visit
and inspection could be arranged against appointment fixed with the
office person assigned by the office.
10.
The Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
