The Social Security Agency (SSA) an autonomous self financing office
invites all eligible bidders having
1. Trade
license & consultancy service certificate valid for 1998 Ethiopian
Calendar.
2. Ministry
of Finance & Economic Development’s registration,
3. Tax
clearance certificate and VAT registration (as appropriate) to
conduct consultancy service, can participate for the proposed
Consultancy service.
Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from General Service
Division of SSA Head Office Room No. 508 during working hours paying
of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr)
commencing from the announcement of this notice.
The Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security Birr 5,000 (Five
Thousand Birr) in a form of CPO or Bank Guarantee or in Cash only.
Proposal should be submitted to SSA Room No. 508 on or before August
29, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. of the 30th day of the first
announcement on The Ethiopian herald Gaxette. Bids will be opened in
the presence of bidders and/or their official representatives who
wish to attend on August 29, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. the SSA reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all bids.
