1. The
QUALITY AND STANDARDS AUTHORITY OF ETHIOPIA (QSAE) has founds from
Ministry of Capacity Building to be used for the procurement of
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM OF (QSAE).
2. The
QSAE invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of
PROPOSAL IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE (LOT1), TO
DESIGN AND DEVELOP DATA BASE PROGRAM (LOT 2) OF QSAE.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Percolation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
eligible source countries.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from QSAE and inspect the bidding document at the address given
below at 7(a) from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. local time.
5. A
complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty). The
method of payment will be in cash. The document will be collected
immediately upon presentation of receipt.
6. Bids
must be wax-sealed for each Lot, One Original and One copy of
Technical Proposal and One Financial Proposal shall be submitted to
the address below at 7 (c) at or before August 28, 2006, 10:00 A.M.
and bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr
13,000 (Thirteen Thousand) for each Lot as indicated on the
instruction to bidders article 16-2. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives
who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) August 28, 2006,
10:30 A.M.
