The Family
Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) is planning to review its
current organizational structure and develop a new organizational
structure that facilitates the implementation of its new directions
at stated in its strategic plan. To this effect, qualified firms
with extensive and demonstrated experience in the area are invited
to participate in the bid.

the Association and objective of the consultancy service is
presented below.
Background
The Family
Guidance Association of Ethiopia (EGAE) is an indigenous
non-government, not-for-profit, voluntary organization established
in 1996 to contribute a part towards the promotion of family
planning/sexual and reproductive health services. It has eight
Branches, 18 clinics, more than 200 mobile clinics and the number
community based sites exceeds 800.
Objective
The overall
objective of the task is to review, design and develop and
organization structure and pay scale.
Detail Terms of
Reference (TOR) could be accessed during your presence at the FGAE
Head Office for a non-returnable fee of Birr 50. Based on the bid
participates are excepted to submit a separate technical and finical
proposals with in 15 days after the bid announcement.
