Children USA Country Office would like to announce to all interested
and potential vendors to be included on its’ MASTER VENDOR LIST.
Applicants capable of supply the required goods and services under
the following PRODUCT CATEGORY shall fulfill the below criterion.
Applicants should:
1. Exhibit
Renewed Business License for 2006.
2.
Have sufficient stock
of goods capable to deliver the required service on time.
3.
Be willing to supply
goods and render services on credit basis.
4.
Show commitment to
give warranty for the goods and service they agreed to deliver.
5. Assure
the country office to supply a replacement for any defective goods
with the expected quality goods and refund for all damaged supply of
goods.

As
per the above details, interested applicants to be included on Save
the Children’s Master Vendor List for the above categories of goods
and services may collect the form against a non-refundable fee of
Birr 30 from the Save the Children USA Country Office starting from
the date announced on a news paper up to 7 July 2006. Applicants
shall fill out the questioner and submit the form together with the
copy of your license and a letter that explains your company’s
potential to supply the goods and services, for the categories you
register, not later than 7 July 2006 to the Country Office located
near Bisrate Gabriel Church or opposite to Victory Department Store.
Save the Children USA will contact you whenever need arises for
supply of goods and services under the categories listed above and
issued an order for those items you are selected based on
competitive pricing system. |
