1. Interested
& eligible bidders are hereby invited to participate for the supply
of:
Duple board 500 gm. 86x122cm Two
sides surface coated with medium white colour 50 ton
Duplex board 320 G.sm 38 cm 100 ton
2. The
set of tender documents can be obtained from the Commercial
Department of Yekatit Paper Converting Enterprise against payment of
non-refundable Birr 100.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelop to the address
mentioned below before or on 21/08/06 at 2:00 P.M.
4. Bid
document shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives on 21/08/06 at 2:30 P.M.
5. The
bidders can offer for all or particular items.
6. Bid
must be accompanied with bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
FOB price in the form of C.P.O., Bank guarantee or Cash.
7. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the
bid.
