Our Company (Etfuit) invites all interested & eligible local plastic
crate manufactures for the supply of the following quantity &
description.

(Boxes) For Orange or Tomato Green 30,000
1. Bid
documents can be obtained form Etfruit Head Finance Department
Office, located in front of Lideta Church, during office hours
against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred) from the
date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. Bidders
should present currently renewed Trade License, VAT registration
certificate & recommendation from Inland Revenue Authority.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% as a bid bond of
the total bid amount offered in the form of CPO.
4. Bidders
must submit at lease one sample of plastic crates before or
on the closing date of the bid.
5. Bids
must be submit separately Technical & Financial proposal in
wax-sealed envelope on or before July 27, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. local
time.
6. Technical
bids will be opened in the presence of those bidders or their legal
represeatnvies on July 27, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
7. Financial
proposals will be opened after the Technical evaluation is
completed.
8. The
Company reserves all right to accept or reject any or all bids.
