Sandford International School invites interested bidders for the
supply of different educational materials for the 2006/2007 academic
year as shown below.
Lot 1- School furniture: local made:
Lot 2- Science materials:
chemicals, lab equipment, fixtures, and other educational materials;
imported and local.
Lot 3- Stationeries and
Teaching materials.
Lot 4- Computer and
accessories.
Lot 5- Exercise books, not
books and various custom made materials: to be printed as per the
school’s specification and samples.
Lot 6- Books: Various
Bid documents can be obtained from the School’s finance office
against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the total
bid in the form of CPO payable to Sandford International School.
All bidders should attach copy of their current renewed license and
VAT registration with the bid document.
The Tender remains floating up to July 24, 2006 up to 9:30 A.M.
The bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their legal represeatnvies at 2:30 P.M. on July 24, 2006 in the
school hall.
The School reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
