Re-Invitation
To all
consultants of V and above whose license is valid for the year 1998
E.C.
1. The
Amhara Credit & Saving Institute now invites sealed bid for
provision of consultancy services for design of micro bank and
branch office at Gonder, Dessie, Debre Markos and Debre Birhan.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from
Amhara Credit & Saving Institute, P.O. Box 417, Tel. 058 220 16 51,
Fax 058 220 17 33, at Bahir Dar.
2. Tender
document may be obtained by an interested eligible bidders on the
submission of written application to the Amhara Credit & Saving
Institute Archive and upon non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One
Hundred) during the office working hours upon presentation of
certificate of registration on the service providers and currently
renewed trade license.
3. Wax-sealed
bid documents (one original and one copy) shall be delivered for
both prequalification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document
separately.
4. All
bids must be delivered to the Amhara Credit & Saving Institute at
Bahir Dar up to 20th consecutive day 12:00 A.M. beginning
from the first date of advertisement. If the 20th
consecutive day is not a working day, the last submission date will
be the next working day at 12:00 A.M.
5. Prequalification
(Technical) and price (Financial) documents shall be in separate
sealed envelopes and must be accompanied by a bid security in an
acceptable form of 1% of the total bid amount in separate envelope.
6. Prequalification
(Technical) documents will be opened in the presence of bidders
and/or their legal representative on the 20th consecutive
day beginning from the first date of advertisement at 2:00 P.M. If
the date is not a working day, the opening date will be the next
working day at 2:00 P.M. at the office of Amhara Credit and Saving
Institute at Bahir Dar.
7. Bidders
could request advance payment up to 30% of the total bid price by
providing advance payment guarantee. But for those bidders who did
not request advance payment 2% qualifying criteria will be added.
8. Rejection
Criteria: The employer will reject the bidders whose bid does not
fulfill the following conditions.
1)
Bidders should present
currently Renewed Trade License & Renewed Registration Certificate
on the Suppliers list.
2)
The original & copy of
the bid shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the Bidder for
both Technical and Financial documents.
3)
Bidders should submit
one original & one-copy for both Technical and Financial document in
separately sealed envelopes.
9. Bidders
must present certificate of VAT registration.
10. The
successful bidders shall furnish professional indemnity insurance.
11. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
