Description

SNNPR HIV/AIDS Prevention & control secretariat office seeks consultancy service to adapt t he National HIV/AIDS Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Framework into regional sub-regional level. The main objective of adapting the National M&E framework into Regional level is to establish complete & quality data tracking system that enables ensuring smooth implementation of multicultural HIV/AIDS programs at various levels in the Region.

Interested consultants with pertinent License renewed for 1997 budget year and have settled their Tax obligations are invited are:-

1.      Collect Terms of Reference (TOR) from Program Execution Team of the secretariat office within 15 days of the first day of announcement on the newspaper during working hours by paying non returnable amount of Birr 50.

2.      Submit Technical & Financial proposals with copies, as well as CV & other relevant documents about the professional capacity of the firm’s staff in line with the Terms of Reference on the 30^th day from the first day of announcement on the newspaper.

3.      Submit finical proposal in separate sealed envelope.

4.      The bid will be opened on the 31^st day from the day of announcement on the newspaper at 4:00 A.M. in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.
