Description

The Water Works Construction Enterprise now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the following items immediately from stock.

1.      Concrete vibrators: Qty 20 sets

2.      Generator sets 125KVA (qty 1), 30 KVA (qty 2), & 10KVA(qty 2),

3.      Stationery mixer-500L or 750L qty 1 unit

4.      Submersible pump-20KVA & 350m head….qty 2 units

5.      Welding machine……………………………qty 2 units

6.      Bentonite…………………………………….qty 200 bags

7.       Foam…………………………………………qty 12 barrels

1.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Procurement Service of WWCE Headquarter located in Gurd Shola or near Ararat Hotel, during the normal working hours.

2.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon presentation of copies of renewed trade license, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 including VAT.

3.      All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O or certified check.

4.      Bids must be delivered in person to WWCE in wax-sealed envelope with a statement “NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE JUNE 20/2006” marked on the envelope.

Bids will be closed on or JUNE 19, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time.

Bids will be opened at 9:30 A.M. local time on JUNE 20, 2006, at Conference Hall of WWCE.

5.      The WWCE reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
