East Africa Bottling S.Co. invites Suppliers to bid for the
following Goods and Services.
Chemicals/auxiliary materials/
Bidders who are
interested to participate need to fulfill the following
requirements:
1. Have
all necessary certification or license and are VAT registered.
2. Willing
to show cost break down.
3. Quality
products (Required parameters, or recommended composition, country
of origin & supplier name).
4. Able
to deliver within specified time & door to door service.
5. Can
give intended credit facility.
6. Can
give warranty.
7. Can
present certificate of analysis & certificate of origin, Certificate
of analysis should include specification of the chemicals and
analysis result.
8. Can
present certificate for manufacture approval from Coca Cola
International.
Bid documents will be available at the Company premises by paying
non-refundable 200 Birr (Two Hundred Birr) starting from June 15,
2006 to June 30, 2006 until 1:00 P.M.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Company
procurement capability.
Bid will be opened on June 30, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the Company
premises.
Price given based on other bidders price is not acceptable.
The Company has full right to reject all or part of the bid. |
