1. Tigray
Regional Health Bureau has received donation from Irish it intend to
apply part of the proceeds of this donation to payments under the
contract for the supply & delivery of Books.
2. Tigray
Regional Health Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the supply & delivery of books,
3. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the
office of Tigray Regional Health Bureau & upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Birr Thirty Only). Starting from June
13, 2006 upto July 4, 2006.
4. Bids
must be delivered to the address below stated at the end of this
IFB. Bids will be closed at 12:00 A.M. July 4, 2006. Late bids will
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/bidders’ representatives who choose to present in person at
2:30 P.M. on July 4, 2006. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of CPO or bank grantee Birr 3,000 (Birr Thirty Thousand
only).
5. Wax-sealed
bid document (1 original & 2 copies) shall be delivered to office of
Tigray Regional Health Bureau.
6. All
supplies must have Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.
7. The
offer should be valid for 20 days from the bid submission date.
