Akaki Metal
Products Factory invites all interested and eligible bidders to bid
for the supply of:
HYDROCHLORIC ACID…………100 METRIC TONS
CHROMIC ACID………………......2 METRIC TONS
I. Bid
documents can be obtained from the Factory during office hours
against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from
the date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
II. All
bids must be accompanied with bid bonds amounting USD 500:- for
Hydroclo9irc Acid and USD 100 for Chromic Acid. Before or on the
closing date in the form of Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, which is unconditional irrevocable &
payable upon buyer’s first written demand, C.P.O. or cash only.
(Insurance Bond is not acceptable).
III. Bidders
should submit heir offer in wax-sealed envelopes to the Factory
before or on July 6, 2006, 10:00 A.M. local time.
IV. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
represeatnvies on July 6, 2006, 10:30 A.M. local time.
V. The
Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
