Re-Invitation
The Development Bank of Ethiopia now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labour, materials &
equipment for the Construction and Completion of a Branch Office
in Yirgalem Town, SNNP region.
1. All
contractors of Category GC/BC Class 6 and above with valid license
for the year 1998 E.C. are eligible to participate in this bid.
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the
above and upon payment of Birr 500 up to June 29, 2006.
3. Each
additional set of documents may be purchased at the same price.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable form,
1% of the bid amount, and must be delivered to Human Resource
Management & Logistic Department, Development Bank of Ethiopia,
Addis Ababa on or before June 29, 2006 at 1:30 P.M. Bid validity
required is ninety days.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents, at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Engineering
Department, Tel. 011 551 31 81 Addis Ababa.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on June 29, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. in the conference Hall
of the Development Bank of Ethiopia.
7. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
