To: All contractors of category GC/BC class 6 & above with renewed
construction license, VAT & MOWUD registration certificate valid for
the year 1998 E.C. and clearance of Oromia Finance and Economic
Development Bureau.
1. Nekemte
Hospital now invites wax-sealed bid from eligible bidders for
furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment for the
construction & completion of Chronic Disease Follow up Clinic at
Nekemte Hospital.
2. A
complete set of biding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on submission of a written application to the above
office & upon non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 150 after this
announcement from the above office.
3. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening & must be
accompanied by bid security at least 1% of the offered bid amount in
acceptable C.P.O. in sealed envelope on or before the 21st
day after this announcement at 6:00 A.M. local time to the Nekemte
Hospital. If this day is not working day, the bid will be opened on
the next working day.
4. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on the same date and place at
8:30 P.M. local time.
5. The
construction shall be completed within 90 calendar days from singing
date of the contract Agreement.
6. The
office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
