all Suppliers with License valid for the current fiscal year and VAT
registered.
1. The
Government of FDRE has obtained grant from the German Financial
Cooperation (KFW) for City Administration by the national steering
Committee towards the cost of Purchasing 32/83 size/solid
waste container.
2. The
Dire Dawa City Administration now invites qualified suppliers of the
above stated supply with relevant experience and valid license for
the current fiscal year to submit wax-sealed tenders for the supply
of 32 sold Waste Containers.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtained for the Information and inspect the
bidding document at the office of Dire Dawa City sanitation and
Beautification Agency.

4.
A complete set of
bidding document may be purchased against the payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 from Dire Dawa City sanitation and
Beautification Agency office from the first day of this announce.
5.
The Tender must be
accompany by a Tender Security in an amount of not less than two
percent (2%) of the tender price in the form of a certified cheque
Bank Draft Letter of Credit or bank guarantee from reputable Bank of
Ethiopia in the form provide in the tender document.
6.
Tender must be
delivered to the Dire Dawa sanitation and Beautification Agency on
or before 21st working day of the first announcement
before 2:30 P.M.
7.
The City
Administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
