E.C. and VAT registered may obtain bid document during working hours
from the address shown below against payment of non-refundable Birr
50.
All bids must be accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent
(2%) of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole
Road, near Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope
before or on the closing date. The closing date will be on June 30,
2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bid will be opened on 4 July 2006 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of
bidders or their representatives who prefer to attend at REST
office, Mekelle Tigray.
REST reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
