this year.
1. The
Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise has funds within the
Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Office Building
at Kaliti.
2. The
Upper Awash Agro Industry Enterprise invites sealed bids from
eligible bides of GC/BC class 3 & above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open international
tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to
all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M.
local time.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Sene
12/1998 by interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and
upon payment of non-refundable fee of 1233 Birr.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before
12:00 A.M. hours Sene 29/1998. All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000. Late bids
shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
7 (d) 14:30 P.M. hour Sene 29/1998.
