and Dyke Maintenance Project
1. The
Abijata Soda Ash Share Company invites interested Contractors to
submit sealed Tenders for construction of Pond Rehabilitation and
Dyke Maintenance.
2. To
be eligible for Tendering for this project, the Contractors must be
duly registered as such with the Ministry of Infrastructures, in
Category V & above as General Contractor, with license valid for the
current year 1998 Ethiopian Calendar and who have VAT Registration
Certificate.
3. Inspection
and acquisition of the Tendering documents and further information
can be obtained from our office at:

4. A
complete set of bidding document for the contract may be purchased
by interested, eligible Tenders at the above office, on submission
of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
ETB 100 (Birr One Hundred).
5. All
Tenders must be accompanied by a security bid in the form and the
amount as specified in the Tendering documents and must be delivered

Abijata Soda Ash Share Company reserves the right to accept or to
reject any or all Tenders without any reason whatsoever. |
