1. The
Abijata Soda Ash Share Company invites interested bidders for the
supply of:
Lot I. PVC/PE Pipes, Fittings &
Appurtenances
Lot II. Vertical Axel flow Pumps
2. The
bid documents shall be obtained from Abijata Soda Ash Share Company
Liaison Office located near Awraris Hotel the same office against
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) during
office hours upon presentation of registration certificate from the
Federal Ministry of Finance, & Economic Development, renewed trade
license for the year & VAT registration certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bides may obtain further information and tendering
documents from the same Office of

4. All
bids must be accompany by a bid security of Birr 2% in the form of
Bank Guarantee or Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O.0 or Cash. Bid bond
in any other form shall not be acceptable.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in two separate envelopes: 1. Technical envelope
2. Financial envelope each having one original and one copy.
6. All
eligibility certificates mentioned under No. 2 should be found in
the original technical envelope, and be submitted in the tender box
on the closing date.
7. Bid
security should be in a separate envelope and be submitted in the
tender box together with the original technical envelope.
8.
If suppliers are not
manufactures, they should provide and affidavit of compliance
(suppliers Authorization) from the manufactures.
9.
All bids must be
deposited in the tender box prepared for his purpose at or before
5:00 P.M. local time on July 14th 2006.
10. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their
representatives who wish to attend, on July 17th 2006 at
10:00 A.M. local time.
11. Failure
toe comply any of the conditions from (4) to (9) above shall result
in automatic rejection.
12. The
Abijata Sosa Ash Share Company reserves the right to accept or to
reject any or all bids without any reason whatsoever. |
