RE-INVITATION
To
All Contractors of Category GC/BC 3 (Three) and above, with license
valid for the current year, Renewed Registration Certificate from
MWUD and those who have registered for VAT.
I.
The Ethiopian Civil
Aviation Authority invites eligible contract6os of class 3 (Three)
and above who would be financially and technically capable to
furnish the necessary materials, labour and equipment to under take
construction works of Air Traffic Control Tower and other related
Buildings of Gambella.
II.
A complete set of
bidding documents can be purchased as of the announcement of this
notice on the Newspaper on a submission of a written application to
ETG designers and consultants upon payment of Birr 1977.50 (One
Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Seven Birr and Fifty Cents) and
additional sets of documents may be purchased each at the same price
at the following address:

III.
Bidding may obtain
further information from, and inspect and acquire the bidding
documents, at ETG Designers and Consultants.
IV.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security 100,000 from recognized financial
institutions in the form of certified check, irrevocable letter of
credit, bank guarantee, certified payment order (C.P.O.) or
unconditional bond from insurance addressed to Ethiopian Civil
Aviation Authority.
V.
Bids should be
submitted in wax-sealed envelope before or on the 30th
day from the first announcement 8:00 P.M. at the following address:

VI.
Bids will be opened on
same date 8:30 P.M. at the same office Conference Hall.
VII.
The Construction of
the work shall be completed within a maximum of 365 Calendar days
from the commencement of the work.
VIII.
The Employers reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
All bids must include 15% VAT (Value
Added Tax) on the summary of price.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
and seal all the forms of the bid documents. Failure of this
instruction is automatic rejection.
