1.
The Metehara Sugar
Factory has funds within the Employer’s budget to be sued for
the procurement of Store at Metehara.
2. The
Metehara Sugar Factory invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders of GC/BC class 3 and above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the Open International
Tendering Procedures contained in the public Procurement
Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to
all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 P.M. local
time.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Sene
12/1998 by interested bidders at the address below at 7(b) and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of 788 Birr.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 12:00
A.M. hrs. Sene 30/1998. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives
who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 P.M.
hrs. Sene 30/1998.
