Re-Bid
1. The
Ethiopian Customs Authority has funds within the Employer’s budget
to be used for the procurement of construction of Corrugated Iron
Sheet office, Residence and store.
2.
The Ethiopian Customs
Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC class 7
and above for the Construction of Corrugated Iron
Sheet office, Residence and store at TOGOCHALE.
3.
Bidding will be
conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures
contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal
Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian
Customs Authority and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to 17:00 P.M. local
time.
5.
A complete set of
bidding documents may be purchased as of Ginbot 17/1998 by
interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 350 (Three Hundred Fifty
Birr).
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or Sene
20/1998 E.C. until 12:30 A.M. All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 5,000. Late bids
shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
7 (d) at Sene 20/1998 E.C. at 14:00 P.M.
