Re-Invitation
National Tobacco Enterprise (Eth) S. Co. invites all interested and
eligible bidders for the consultancy service to carry out, the
following activities, to up to date the existing manuals or
preparing new ones for various operational sectors, to introduce
various Incentives, Allowance, Rewarding System and Designing
Knowledge Management Systems compatible with the peculiar nature of
the business objective of the Enterprises & prepare manuals for
delegation of authority.
1. Bid
documents can be collected from local purchase division of the
company against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.
2. Bidders
should produce trade license, registration certificate from Ministry
of Finance renewed for the year 1998 E.C. and also should produce
competence certificate renewed from the Ethiopian Management
Instituted. Original and photocopy of the evidences should be
presented during the purchase of bid documents.
3. Original
and one copy of technical and financial proposals respectively
marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” should be
submitted in two separately sealed envelopes to the Enterprise’s
archive on or before July 04, 2006 up to 3:00 P.M.
4. The
offer should be accompanied with a bid security equivalent to 1% of
the bid amount in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee valid for 120
days.
5. The
technical proposals shall be opened in the presence of bidders or
their representatives at 3:30 P.M. on the same date of bid closure
at the Enterprise’s Conference Room while the financial proposals
shall remain sealed until the evaluation result of the technical
proposals shall be known.
6.
Any offer that comes
after July 4, 2006, 3:00 P.M. will not be considered.
7.
NTE reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all bids.
