Infrastructure and valid for the year 1998 and VAT registration.
1. The
Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church invites wax-sealed bids from
eligible bidders furnishing the necessary labour, materials and
equipment for the Construction and Completion of Guest House
Building at Debre Libanos.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect
the bidding documents at, the office of Afri Consult, Consulting
Architect and Engineers PLC, P.O. Box 7607, Telephone 251 151 51
09/51 28 68 Addis Ababa.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders upon payment of non-refundable Birr 850 as of
June 29, 2006. Additional sets of documents may be purchased
each at the same price from the consulting office.
4.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form 1% of the bid
amount and must be delivered to:

July 13, 2006 at 12:00 hrs. Bid validity required is 90 days.
5. Bid
will be opened in the presence of those bidders/representatives who
choose to attend on the same date at 15:00 P.M. at Ethiopian
Orthodox Tewahedo Church Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders
are instructed to submit one “ORGINAL” and one “COPY”
of the original bid document. Failure of this instruction is
automatic rejection.
7. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
