Re-Invitation
1. The
Ethiopian Airport Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible contractors of
GC-5/BC-5 or above specializing in aluminum works with renewed
license for the current year and VAT registration evidence to
participate in the bid for the supply and Installation of aluminum
partition and related works at Addis Ababa International Airport New
Terminal Building.
2. Interested
eligible bidders can obtain further information and purchase the
bidding documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200
(Two Hundred Birr) at the office of:

3. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing an original and a copy of offer and
qualification documents shall be delivered to EAE Purchasing and
Logistic Administration Department on or before July 27, 2006 upon
10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same date and time. Late bids
will be rejected.
4. The
bid documents shall be submitted as follows:
4.1
The original and a
copy of the Financial proposal shall be sealed in separate envelope
and marked “Original Financial Proposal” and “Copy of Financial
Proposal” separately.
4.2
The Original and a
copy of the qualification document shall be sealed in separate
envelopes and marked “Original Qualification document” and “Copy of
Qualification Document” separately.
4.3
The bid Security will
be sealed in separate envelope marked “Bid Security”
5. Qualification
envelopes of bidders shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s
representatives who choose to attend at the EAE Head Office.
6. Financial
proposal Envelopes of bidders who pass the qualification criteria
shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s represeatnvies after the
evaluation of Qualifications is competed.
7. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,000 (Fifty
Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO.
8. The
Ethiopian Airport Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
