Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Procurement of the printing Tele
Negarit.
1. The
tender remains floating from July 2, 2006 to July 24, 2006. Bid
documents can be obtained from the ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207
during office hours from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) for Tender. Bidders
should submit their renewed original license & VAT certificate with
copies when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid bond amount of Birr 4,000
(Birr Four Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO)
issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a
recognized bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC’s Head Office 3rd floor Room No. 311
before the opening date and produce the receipt during the bid
opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 1st floor Room No. 112 on or before
the closing date.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 111 on July 25, 2006
at 10:00 A.M.
7. Partial
bid is not allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
