The Integrated Livestock Development Project/Gondar invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Animal Feed processing
plant as specified in the bid document.
1.
Bidders who can
produce (original and copy) or renewed trade license, registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development & VAT
registration certificate from the concerned government organ may
obtain the bid document from the representative of the project at
Austrian Embassy Development Cooperation office (AEDC) during office
hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of 30 Birr.
2. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope & deposit in the
box provide at Austrian Embassy Development Cooperation office
starting from the date of this announcement to the last date until
5:00 P.M. and bid will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives at AEDC office the next date at
10:00 A.M.
3. Bidders
shall furnish a bid security of 1% from the total bid in the form of
certified check, CPO or Cash.
4.
The project reserves
the right to accept or reject the bid.
5.
The Tender remains
floating Twenty (20) days from the date of this announcement.
