The Oromia Trade, Industry, and Transport Bureau invites eligible
bidders for the supply of:

Therefore, interested bidders are
invites to participate fully or partially for the supply of the
above-mentioned tools to be purchased by local currency.
1. All
interested and eligible bidders who can certify their financial and
technical capabilities may purchase and examine the bidding
documents by paying non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (two Hundred)
from Oromia Trade, Industry and Transport Bureau starting from the
date of the 1st issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian
Herald, upon submission of written application and renewed relevant
trade license, from Room No. 12
2. Bidding
documents, original and copies must be enclosed in different
wax-sealed envelopes and shall be submitted before or on 3 July 2006
at 3:30 A.M.

3. A
bid bond of not less than 1% of he total bid must accompany all bids
price, and must be submitted to the above address in the form of
certified Cheque (C.P.O.)
4. Bidders
shall prepare bid proposal in two copies for each financial and
technical proposals separately, (one Original, one copy
of the original)
5. The
bid shall be opened at OTITB No. 2 at 10:00 local time on 3 July
2006 in the presence of bidders or their legal represeatnvies who
are interested to attend.
