2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased from the above
office by any interested and eligible bidders on submission of
written application that specify the lot number and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) per lot.
3.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total price in the form
of, CPO or Acceptable Bank Guarantee (Insurance Bond is
not acceptable) and must be delivered to the above office on or
before 10:00 A.M. on June 29, 2006.
4. A
sealed original and one copy offer document with an indication
“Original” and “Copy” written on the envelopes.
5. The
Enterprise may ask the winner supplier to offer additional 25% of
the material under consideration with the same price for the next 6
months after the delivery and final acceptable of the goods in the
document.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their represeatnvies
who choose to attend the bid opening at 10:30 A.M. on June 29,
2006.

All bidders should be
VAT registered.
9.
The Enterprise
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids.
