Description

The Wabe-Shebelle Hotel Enterprise invites Contractors having:-

Trade license of the year

Ministry of Finance and Economic Development’s registration certificate, and

Construction license of Grade BC 6 and above to bid for:-

1. Addis Ababa Wabe Shebelle Hotel Entrance canopy (Lot A)

2. Sodere Wabe Shebelle Hotel Swimming pool (Lot B)

Bidders could give their offers separately for each lot or together for both lots.

Bidders shall furnish a bank certified bid bond 2% of their total bid cost or offer.

Bid documents shall be collected from the Hotel purchase office after depositing non-refundable fee of :-

            700 birr for swimming pool and

            300 birr for canopy

The bid shall be submitted on the 21^st day of the announcement at 4:00 A.M. to the purchase office and be opened at the same day at 4:30 A.M. in the Red salon.

Bidders shall send their legal representatives to attend the opening ceremony.

The client reserves the right to reject the whole or part of the works.
