Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the Procurement of sewing services for
different types of Employee Uniforms.
1. The
tender remains floating from June 13, 2006, until July 5, 2006. Bid
documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207 during
working days from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders should
submit their renewed original license & VAT certificate with copies
(if they are registered) when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security in the amount of
Birr 5,000 (Birr Five Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank
guarantee from recognized bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC’s Head Office, 3rd floor, Room No. 311,
before July 6, 2006, 10:00 A.M. and produce the receipt during the
bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 1st floor Room No. 112 on or before
July 5, 2006, 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
represeatnvies at ETC’s head Office Room No. 111 on July 6, 2006 at
10:00 P.M.

Partial bid is not
allowed.

The Corporation
reserves the right to reject all part of the bids.
