Yekatit Paper Converting Enterprise intends to replace the existing
manual base accounting system to computerized software.
The Enterprise, therefore, hereby invites all eligible and
experienced consulting firms who can perform the above tasks.
1. The
tender document can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Birr 50 (Fifty) from Commercial Department.
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the total bid amount in
the form of CPO issued by a recognized bank.
3. Bidders
should present their currently renewed trade license & registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and VAT
registration certificate as appropriate.
4. Bidders
should submit their, technical and financial proposal in accordance
with the instruction to bidders, specified in the tender document.
5. Sealed
proposal should be submitted to Yekatit Paper Converting Enterprise,
Commercial Department before 10:00 A.M. local time on June 20, 2006.
6. The
bid will be closed on June 20, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time and
will be opened (the technical offer only) on the same date at 10:30
A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives in Yekatit Paper Enterprise’s Meeting Room.
7. Yekatit
Paper Converting Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject
all or part of the bid.
