Water Works
Design and Supervision Enterprise invites sealed bids form eligible
bidders for the supply of Production of the Documentary Film.
1. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of 50 Birr.
2. Pre-tender
conference will be arranged on April 3, 2006 at WWDSE Conference
Room at 10:00 A.M.
3. Bid
must be delivered to the above office on or before 4:00 P.M. on
April 11, 2006 and must be accompanied by 2% bid bond.
4. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their represeatnvies
who choose to attend on April 12, 2006 at 10:00 A.M.
5. All
bidders are required to present certificate or registration given by
the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and to submit
documentary evidence which shown their renewal of trade license for
the current year and receipt for the payment of all forms of taxes.
6.
The Water Works Design
and Supervision Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject
part or all of the bidding process.
