Oromia Health Bureau has received a grant from different
donor organizations and obtained a recurrent budget from Regional
Government of Oromia towards the cost of Health Sector Development
Program, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant
and recurrent budget to payments under the Contract for the
Procurement of stationeries, Printing materials, different office
equipments and media reagents, NCB/AF-G/OHB/09/98.
Oromia Health Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible
and qualified bidders for the Supply of stationeries, Printing
materials, different office equipment and Media reagents to

specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD
Loans and IDA Credits, and are open to all bidders.

Legal-Bidders must renewed trade
license for the Year 2005/2006 or 1998 Eth. Cal., VAT registration
certificate, and Supplier’s list registration certificate from
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development and also Tax Payer
Registration certificate (TIN) in accordance with the Ethiopian Law.
A complete set of
bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 20
must be delivered to the address below at or before 3:00 P.M. in the
afternoon date April 8, 2006 or 30/07/1998 E.C. late bids will be
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/represeatnvies who choose to attend in person at the Human

bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of
the total amount in a form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee from a
purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
