The Federal Micro and Small Enterprise Development Agency invites
all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid to
perform the supply of chemicals for electroplating plant:
1. Bidders
are required to submit currently renewed trade license in related
field, certificate of registration given by the Ministry of Finance
and Economic Development and registration certificate for VAT.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested
bidders from the Agency Supply Service office against payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 12,000 (Twelve
Thousand Birr) in the form of a Bank guarantee or cashiers payment
order (C.P.O.) Bid bond in any other form shall not be acceptable.
4. Wax-sealed
envelop as per the detail in the biding document should be in a
tender box prepared for this purpose on or before 10:00 A.M. local
time on March 24, 2006 at the Agency shop and display room.
5. Bids
will be opened on March 24, 2006 at 10:15 A.M. local time in the
presence of bidders or their official representatives at the agency
Library Hall.
The agency reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
