The Quality and Standard Authority of Ethiopia (QSAE) invites all
eligible bidders for the supply of:
Digital Compressive Strength Machine
& Pre-Package Control Equipment.
Bidders should present currently renewed license, registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and VAT
registration certificate upon the collection of the bid document.
Bid documents can be obtained form Property Administration and
Supplies Division Room No. 017, from the publication of the first
noticed on The Ethiopian Herald against the payment of
non-refundable Birr 30 (Thirty Birr) for each type.
Bidders have the option to bid for one or more types.
Bid should be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 4,500 (Four
Thousand Five Hundred)
In
one of the following forms,
a)
A Bank guarantee or
letter of credit issued by financial institution recognized by the
National Bank of Ethiopia.
b)
A cahier’s cheque,
certified cheque or cash.
Bid documents for technical proposal, financial proposal and the bid
security should be separately submitted in a wax-sealed envelope and
inserted in to the box on or before April 14, 2006 at 9:30 A.M.
in room no. 017, and to be opened on April 14, 2006 at 10:00 A.M.
in Rom No. 023 in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives.
Bids envelope shall be marked by the name & address of the
purchaser, types of supply and bid Number.
All right to accept or reject any or all bids are reserved.
