All bids must be accompanied with bid bond amounting to tow percent
(2%) of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole
Road, near Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope
before or on the closing date. The closing date will be on 14
March 2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be opened on 16 March 2006 in the presence of
bidders or their representatives who prefer to attend at REST office
Mekelle, Tigray.
REST reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
