1. Guna
Trading House PLC invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders
furnishing the necessary labour, materials and equipment for the
construction preparation completion of store and office building
project at Humera.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased starting March
25, 2006 up to April 4, 2006, on the submission of a written
application to Guna Trading House PLC Head Office, Room No.__ and
upon payment of Humera Project Birr 750 each and Addis Ababa project
Birr 150 each additional sets of documents may be purchased each at
the same price. Telephone 011 465 22 88 or 0911 66 43 36.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents at Guna Trading House PLC Office No. 30, and 31 Addis
Ababa, Tel. 011 465 22 88 Ext. 247.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by 1% bid bond in cash of free convertible
currency.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidder’s or legal
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on April 6, 2006 at the Office of Guna
Trading House PLC. Room No. 21 at Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders
are instructed to submit one “Original” and one
“Photocopy” of the Original bid document with all entries and
to be sealed under separate envelope.
7.
The Employers reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill sign and seal all the forms of the
bid documents. Failure of this instruction is automatic rejection.
All bids must include Value Added Tax (VAT) on the summary of price.
Bidders are strongly advised to visit the site at their own expense.
