1. The
Ethiopian Iron and steel Factory (EESF) hereby invites qualified
bidders in Network (LAN) & Software System development. The software
to be developed is expected to keep track the whole financial
record, stock production and sales management along with the human
resource information. The proposals (Technical & Financial) for
undertaking a study and analysis on the current system and recommend
and implement appropriate soft ware solutions on the basis of
network as set forth in this bid documents.
2. Bids
are invited room eligible bidders for study, design, customization
and/or development and implementation of an integrated network
capable system for the following process of the factory.
Financial ledger management
system
Account receivable management
system
Account payable management system
Inventory 9STOCK) MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM
Invoicing (sales) management
system
Price quotation management system
Purchasing management system
Payroll management system
Production & Quality management
system
Maintenance management system
Record management system
3.
A complete set of
bidding document shall be purchased against the payment of
non-refundable Birr 100 (Hundred Birr)

Bidders have to bid
for all of the above processes.
5.
Bids will be evaluated
and contracts awarded taking in to account technical compliance to
the given specification and the lowest evaluated price, which will
be the basis for award of the contracts.

7. A
bid or offer must be put in the tender box situated at the above

8. Bids
received after the tender box has been sealed will be rejected and
