1. West
Wellega Health Office now invites wax-sealed bid from eligible
bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, materials equipment for
the construction & completion of Nucleus Health Centers at different
areas located in the zone as listed below:

2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on submission of a written application to the above
office & upon non-refundable payment of ETH Birr 200 per document,
after this announcement form West Wellega Zone Health Office.
3. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening & must be
accompanied by a bid security at least 1% of the bid amount per site
in an acceptable CPO, unconditional bank guarantee in sealed
envelope on or before the 31st day after this
announcement at 6:00 A.M. local time to the zonal office.
4. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on the same date & place at
2:00 P.M. local time.
5. The
construction works shall be completed within 200 calendar days from
the commencement of the works.
6. The
office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
