GC/BC/Class 7 and above with license valid for the current fiscal
year.
1. The
ANRS Education Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the furnishing of the necessary labor, materials & equipment for
the construction of completion of Warehouse at Gondar and Dessie.
Therefore, interested elg8ible
bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the bidding
documents at the address below.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders upon the submission of written application upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 120 for each set. Additional
sets of documents may be purchased each at the same price at the
same address.
3. The
construction work shall be completed within a maximum of 165
calendar days.
4. All
bids must be submitted based on the free market price and current
basic materials price must be submitted attached with the bid
document.
5.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an
acceptable form 1% of the bid amount, and must be delivered to ANRS
Education Bureau on or before at 2:00 P.M. on March 27, 2006.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/ representatives who
choose to attend in the same date and place at 2:30 P.M.
7.
Rejection Criteria: The Client will reject the bidder whose
bid does not fulfill the following conditions.
Bidders should present currently
renewed trade license & renewed registration certificate VAT
Registration Certificate and Tax Payer Registered Certificate.
Bidders should complete the bid form
and the appropriate price schedule.
The original & copy of the bid shall
be singled and sealed in all pages by the bidder.
Bidders should submit one original &
one-copy envelopes of the bid
8. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
